Help end the torture!

There are a lot of bad things happening in this world but people tend to forget that they can do something about it. Ever since January 11, 2002, when the first detainees arrived the United States detention facility at Guantánamo Bay it has become known as a global symbol of U.S human rights violations, denial of rights, illegal detention and torture. It is time that this place was closed down.

It is about time that the detainees held at this place and other such facilities be charged and given a FAIR trial before tribunals such as the federal courts. I am adding my voice to this call that has been issued by Amnesty International, and you can too.
